Retail Farm Market

We opened Croftburn Market in 2011. As the demand for local foods has increased, people want to know where their meat comes from, how it has been raised, what it has been fed.
The meat case features a selection of local dry-aged beef from our farm and other local farms, as well as USDA Choice beef, in addition to a wide selection of all-natural, fresh hand-crafted sausages (pork and chicken), pork, and air-chilled chicken.
Other local products include pastured eggs, raw honey, milk, greens (seasonal), cheese, chips, and salsas in addition to a variety of other food products.
Our specialty includes hand-crafted charcuterie and salami, all made in house. At this time we make about 12 different salami including pepperoni, saucisson sec, and a hot sopressata.
Summer sausage, jerky and hot dogs are made from local all-natural beef.
Fresh fish is delivered twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays.
For those feeding their dogs a raw food diet, we have meat as well as organs and bones.
We have a selection of about 75 different craft beers and dozens of wines selection featuring a number from Virginia.

Croftburn Market is open 6 days a week.

We are open Tuesday- Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 12 noon to 5 p.m. We are closed Mondays.
